Is there a style to play Drawful 2 with randos online?

I got the game tonight for when I have people over, but kinda want to play it now. I know there is some twitch thing, just I dont have a twitch account or any online friend type people.

In theory, all someone would have to do is post a room code online and random people could join and play, right? I know its ment to exist played in a political party setting. Im only asking if online play is a affair?
